I looked for this nest for days because I had seen both parents flying together around the north side of my yard for some time. So I thought there had to be a nest nearby. So today when I again heard both of them calling each other and then one flew into a tree I hoped this would be the day. I looked around where he landed and there it was with momma sitting in it. It's in a spot right outside my door so I can view it anytime. What a thrill. I can see at least four little ones in their white down coats. I've had Red-shoulderd Hawks here for years but, never saw a nest. They are reported to use the same nest every year so I hope this a regular occurrence
